Hola!!
regla.
Jaja.
Espero que os haya gustado este post!
Un beso!!
Hi!!
Today I want to tell you how the first weeks of the
pregnancy have been, especially the symptoms I ‘ve had even before my period
had to come.
Also I have made a video explaining these symptoms, if
you want to have a look at it this is the link: https://youtu.be/HBQn972b-2M
To be honest I knew my cycle very well since I had an
app on my mobile where I could write the days I had my period every month,
symptoms, etc., so the app would calculate the days I was ovulating. If you are
looking for a baby I really recommend downloading one of these type of apps as
they work great.
I think I noticed that I was pregnant very early so I
want to explain to you how I felt those firsts days in case it helps some of
you. However, I would like to mention that every woman is different and unique,
and maybe I felt something when I got pregnant that someone else feels before
her period.
The first symptom I noticed was that my gums were very
swollen, especially in an area that even today I can feel it swollen, I
recommend that when you find out you are pregnant you book an appointment with
your dentist for a revision. This symptom came just after my ovulation, very very
early.
The next thing I noticed was that I was constantly
drinking water as I was thirsty. In me this is very weird, I am one of those
people that doesn’t even remember that has to drink water, I am never thirsty!
During that week and week 3, in the morning I started
to feel cramps in my lower back, which were very annoying.
The next symptom I felt, and I was still only in the “second
week” was the nausea I had one day during the whole morning, I remember I was
on my own at the airport to go to Ireland and I couldn’t even get up to go to
the bathroom as it felt as if I was going to get sick.
In general, during my periods or during the ovulation
days, my breasts get really painful, but this time was very weird that the pain
started during the ovulation and it stayed, that may me think I could be
pregnant also J
I had headaches during the firsts four weeks.
It was very curious the tickles I started to feel on
my tommy, they were tickles but inside, I don’t think I can even explain them
but this was also one of the key symptoms to push me to do the first pregnancy
test so early!
From the third week and still until today (I have read
that it gets worst as time passes) I am really bloated…like a ball!!
Lastly but not less important, in fact I would say
that this is one of the things I have been going on about the most, is that I
am exhausted all the times. All of a sudden my eyes close and I feel an urgent
need to sleep that I can’t control! Haha.
I hope you liked this post!!
Kisses!!
